Budgeting support

Direct debit

Save time and hassle by automatically paying your water bill through direct debit, directly from your bank account. Choose to pay each quarter or in instalments. Please note that direct debit payments must be linked to a bank or credit union account. Credit cards are not accepted.

To set up direct debit, simply log in or register for Yarra Valley Online Water, or call our Customer Service Consultants on 1800 994 789.

Payment extensions

Is your payment problem short-term? Simply lodge a Payment Extension Request to delay payment of your quarterly instalment.

To apply, have your account details ready and phone us on 1300 362 332 or simply submit a payment extension online via Yarra Valley Online Water to receive up to 30 more days from your current due date to pay your bill.

Payment arrangements

Need to relieve immediate financial pressure? Set up a payment arrangement to spread your water bill payment over a period of up to one year. Use direct debit, Centrepay or SmoothPay.

Register your Centrelink entitlement

Do you receive a Centrelink entitlement? You may also be eligible for CentrePay.

CentrePay can deduct fortnightly payments for your water bill directly from your Centrelink entitlements. For more information call 1300 304 688.
